Shadow Work Workshop for Beginners by Sabel

Join us for Sabel's workshop on The Shadow Path on Sunday, August 17th, at 1pm (runs approx 1-1.5 hours). 10% shop discount on class days for all class participants.

A beginners workshop covering topics including the shadow self, the basics of shadow work, and what it means to walk the shadow path. 

This will be an hour-long+ workshop that includes personal journals for participants to begin the shadow work journey and a list of prompts to get started with shadow work. The class will spend time going over different aspects of shadow work and aims to help beginners explore themselves on a deeper level.

Pre-registration and payment are required to secure your spot.

This purchase will register you for this course that will be hosted in-person only on August 17, 2025 at 1pm. The shop is located at 21 Minerva St, Derby, CT.
